How Therapy Helps:

Therapy for anxiety focuses on identifying patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that contribute to stress and overwhelm. Treatment helps individuals develop tools for managing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, and responding differently to situations that feel challenging as well as resolving any underlying issues, such as trauma, that may be causing additional anxiety in the present.

Our therapists will draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches depending on the client’s needs and goals.
