What is a Couples
Therapy Intensive?
A couples therapy intensive is a structured, extended assessment conducted in a single day. Rather than spreading early sessions over weeks, this format allows couples to quickly identify core patterns, underlying issues, and therapeutic priorities.
This option is ideal for couples who want to move forward intentionally and make the most of ongoing therapy.
The intensive is designed to provide clarity and direction in a timely fashion that allows for noticeable change to occur sooner than with just weekly sessions alone.

What is included in the Intensive?
Intensive available on weekdays and select Saturdays and Sundays
• 15 Minute Free Concierge phone call to assess fit and readiness
• Initial 60 minute joint session
• Two - 60 minute individual sessions (one with each spouse)
• Gottman Couple's Checkup and Relational Builder assessments
• 60 minute joint processing and planning session
• Identification of core relational patterns and stuck cycles
• Clear therapeutic goals and recommendations
