Zach Austin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. Zach has over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families. His therapeutic interests include working with couples experiencing difficulties transitioning to parenthood, couples recovering from infidelity, and ex-couples navigating co-parenting. He also has experience helping individuals who have experienced trauma and adolescents exhibiting disruptive behaviors. Zach has additional training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Brainspotting. He is an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. Outside of his professional life, Zach enjoys traveling with his family, rooting for the Chiefs, exploring new culinary experiences, and bringing laughter to those around him. Brenton is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. He has worked as a therapist in residential and outpatient treatment settings, and he provides a client centered approach focusing on attachment. Brenton earned his Master’s Degree of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University, and attended Harding University for his undergraduate degree. Brenton specializes in couples counseling, children’s therapy, trauma and addiction issues, and attachment. Brenton is trained or certified in the following: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR II, Certified Sexual Addiction (CSAT) and Multiple Addiction Therapist (CMAT) through IITAP, Certified Trauma Therapist through Spirit2Spirit, and trained in Experiential Team Building through Project Adventure. Brenton utilizes theories such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to walk with clients in their journey towards healing and growth. Brenton is in-network with BCBS, Health Advantage, Ambetter, Qualchoice, and Municipal Health.

Rachel Toomer, LPC, LMFT, CCTP, CPRT, TF-CBT, EMDR, IFS
Rachel holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy, with a specialization in play therapy from John Brown University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with additional certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eagala Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rachel is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She has extensive training in working with children and families, including Child-Centered Play Therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), Sandtray Therapy, and Synergetic Play Therapy. Rachel’s counseling experience spans community clinics, school-based settings, and as a member of a multidisciplinary team at a Children’s Advocacy Center. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals, children, and families through a wide range of challenges, including grief and loss, attachment and relationship issues, trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse recovery, and building personal resiliency. Outside of her professional life, Rachel is married to her husband, James, and together they have two boys. In her free time, she enjoys connecting with her neighbors, taking her boys to the park, and fostering meaningful community relationships. Rachel is in-network with BCBS, Health Advantage, Ambetter, and Qualchoice.
